Food
The cuisine at Samahita is based on local, organic ingredients. It is natural, healthy and delicious with no added sugar, iodized salt, MSG or related products and with only healthy oils and fats. It is food that supports your vitality and enables you to make healthy choices during your stay to support maximum wellbeing.
Body
Engaged wellbeing for your body is offered through all the programs at Samahita. YogaCoreCycle offers daily yoga including breathwork and fitness classes while retreats are on offer throughout the year as well as yoga teacher trainings and advanced trainings. Wellness packages include sauna and float therapy and are specifically designed for wellbeing of body and brain, with massage and treatments on offer a la carte too.
Mind
With daily meditation & breathwork included in our programs, and a dedicated Brain Health Upgrade program, wellbeing of mind can be achieved through participation to get clear guidance on practices you can take home, as well as being in the peaceful, beautiful environment right on a quiet beach.
