Cancellation & Postponement Policy

A 50% deposit of your overall booking is required to secure your place. The balance is due one month prior to the program start date.

Payments can be made by credit card via PayPal or by international bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

To enable advanced planning, travel arrangements for teachers and the organization of our programs at the retreat center, the following policy is applied:

  • Cancellations received 30 days or more before arrival date: 50% of the program rate is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations received within 14-29 days to the arrival date: 75% of the program rate is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations received within 13 days to the arrival date: full payment is non-refundable.
  • We regret that any cancellations within 13 days or less are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.

Postponement Policy

  • For any program postponed 14 days or more before the start date: 100% payment can be applied to a future course if used within 18 months.
  • For any program postponed between 7 and 13 days before the start date: 75% payment can be applied to a future course if used within 18 months.
  • For any program postponed between 6 days and up to 24 hours before the start date: 50% payment can be applied to a future course if used within 18 months.
  • For any program postponed within 24 hours of the start date: 25% payment can be applied to a future course if used within 18 months.
  • There will be an admin fee of USD 100 charged to any postponement. If the percentage retained is higher than USD 100 then no admin fee applies.
  • NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS are available after the booked program start date has begun.

Payment Policy

  1. Please complete the reservation form or, if for a TT, the training application form. (The whole process is handled via email. We do not take any information over the phone.)
  2. Based on space availability for your desired booking you will receive an email confirming your place. A deposit of 50% program cost is required to secure your place. Payment details will be forwarded to you.
  3. If your booking is less than six weeks before the start of the program we request full payment of your booking. Similarly, your place is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  4. A final balance due payment, if any, is required one month before the start date of your program booking.
  5. We accept credit card payments through our Paypal platform and international bank transfers to our bank account.
