We thoughtfully prepare simple, healthy dishes for you, fresh, every day. The foods featured in our healthy lite corner, include: fermented vegetables, pre-biotic coconut rice, blended green soup, fish bone broth. They are especially of benefit if you are:

We prepare a different mixture of homemade fermented vegetables for you each day. They are full of enzymes to help you absorb more nutrients. And they help to encourage good bacteria to thrive and aids digestion. They also supports the gut lining and makes your immune system more robust.

Pre-biotic Coconut Rice
We now offer a special rice soaked in coconut oil, cooked, then cooled. It’s a a perfect pre-biotic – feeds your gut bacteria so they do their job. It provides half the carbohydrate value of regular white rice and helps to keep your digestive microbiome fed, sustained and healthy.
Blended Green Soup
A simple, pure, steamed, warm mixture of blended vegetables is full of nutrients and vitamins. Blended makes it easy to digest and it’s an excellent source of fiber.
Fish Bone Broth
Our homemade fish bone broth is rich in collagen to protect joints and maintain healthy skin. It also helps restore the lining of the gut, aids to manage inflammation, and helps your body to expel wastes more effectively.
Healthy fats to support neurological health
We offer an array of healthy fats, pure fuel for your brain, to help nourish and promote prime body functioning and mental clarity. Try pouring on more ghee (clarified butter), extra virgin olive oil, or coconut oil. Remember this is best utilized by the body when taken away from any sugars or foods high in refined carbohydrates, which is particularly easy at our buffet because we don’t add sugar to any of our food.
