Guest Teacher Program
This retreat is for anyone in need of self-care and rejuvenation who would love to switch off from their busy lives and reconnect with themselves with the use of yoga, meditation and breathwork, rediscover their sense of joy and adventure and explore the beautiful island of Koh Samui with its stunning nature, temples, cuisine and the elephants!
The retreat will offer you plenty opportunities to rejuvenate, relax on the beach, get some exercise (should you wish to), learn more about nutrition and wellness to support your body and mind and have fun and connect with like-minded people!
My name is Ania, I’m 500 RYT yoga teacher, teaching Vinyasa (dynamic yoga flow) and Yin (slow yoga focused on deep stretching and relaxation). I am also a nutrition and wellness coach and I’m deeply passionate about personal development and often weave elements of these into my yoga classes to empower my yoga clients.

8.30 am-10 am | Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice |
10 am-11 am | Buffet Breakfast |
11-1.00 pm | Buffet Lunch |
1-4.30 pm | Enjoy the beach or pool, a holistic treatment or explore some of the island |
4.30pm-6pm | Gentle Evening PracticeDinner Buffet |
6-8pm | Complimentary Herbal Steam Room |
6-8pm | Buffet Dinner |
7.30pm | Evening Meditation Class (organised by the resort, optional) |
Please note there won’t be a class on the date of departure – 23rd Sep and we’ll have 2 afternoons off to explore the island – I will help to organise the trips and be there will you.
