Vanessa Hazzard

Vanessa Hazzard, BASc, LMT is an author, educator, and massage therapist with 13 years of experience in the field. She is author of Prenatal Thai Massage: for Relaxation & Pain Relief. Her volunteerism and commitment to mental health and trauma-awareness in yoga and bodywork has landed her features on NPR,, and speaking engagements at Drexel University and non-profit organizations. She has also been featured in Massage Today. Vanessa has shared her expertise as an advisory board member for massage therapy schools, as well as Belmont Behavioral Health’s mood disorder program. Over the past decade, she has taught hundreds of massage therapy professionals at spas, wellness centers, and retreats. Vanessa has studied with Ajarn Sinchai Sukparset, Thanachai Chaimongkhon, and International Training Massage (ITM) in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She also has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from Siena Heights University and is currently earning her Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education from Rutgers University. Daily Schedule

6.45 am- 10.00 am Light Breakfast, Coffee, Tea
10.00 am – 11.30am Morning Vinyasa Yoga Practice and Meditation
11.30 am – 1.00 pm Brunch Buffet and Free Time
1.00 pm – 6.00 pm Afternoon Partner Yoga Practice / Thai Massage Class
6.00 pm – 8.00pm Dinner Buffet
7.30 pm-9.00pm Optional Thai Massage Practice Time
