Revive – In this nurturing 8 day/7night retreat you’ll revive your body and mind while delving deeper into the practice of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. Learn how to cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and calm, to carry back with you when the retreat has ended.
Renew – Morning Yoga to awaken, Late afternoon Yoga to calm and restore, Meditation to still the mind. The retreat program is designed to renew body and mind.
Restore – We will stay at the tranquil Samahita Retreat; a retreat space located on the sheltered southern coast of Koh Samui providing a serene, supportive and beautiful environment in which to enjoy our retreat program. As well as a late afternoon restorative yoga practice, this peaceful setting makes it the ideal place for walks, relaxation and self-exploration.

Sarasvati Sally Dawson has been practicing Yoga since 1996 and teaching Yoga and Meditation since she founded Waverley Yoga Studio in her lounge-room in suburban Melbourne in 2002. Before that she trained and worked a Medical Scientist for 20 years, earned a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and trained as Yoga teacher with the Australian College of Classical Yoga in 2001.
She is a Senior Member of Yoga Australia, and member of Meditation Australia. She is involved in many aspects of the Yoga teacher-training program at ACCY, including teaching anatomy, asana and Yoga wisdom. Sarasvati has developed a number of post-graduate workshops for Yoga teachers, and also teaches a variety of workshops for ongoing students of Yoga and Meditation. As well as her ongoing classes, she has taught Yoga and Meditation in various settings, including the corporate sector and on many Yoga retreats with her teacher Swami Shantananda.
Sarasvati is the author of ‘Yoga off the mat, freedom in everyday life’. Her passion is to help you to find the inner freedom that Yoga offers.

Danni grew up with Yoga as a part of her landscape, often discussing Yogic and Western philosophy with her mother, Swami Shantananda. Around 2005 Danni developed an interest in the physical practice of Yoga and undertook her Yoga teacher training a few years later. Danni has brought her experience from primary teaching to bear on her Yoga practice, bringing a professional understanding of curriculum and class design, and teaching methodology, into Yoga teaching and teacher training.
Danni has joined her passion and love of teaching with her joy in Yoga. Danni a part owner in Australian College of Classical Yoga and has been training Yoga teachers since 2014. Additionally, Danni is part owner in Waverley Yoga Studio, and runs Yoga classes of varying styles, although her greatest love is Yoga classes that blend mindfulness with a slow and steady practice, allowing the mind to slow, the stress response of the body to recede, and providing a renewing and healing practice.
