Imagine spending 7 days on a beautiful beach in Thailand, surrounded by lush jungle and crystal-clear waters. You wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and spend your days practicing yoga, meditating, taking a kayak out on the sea or just enjoying some time by the pool and connecting with your inner self. In the evenings, you enjoy delicious, healthy meals and relax in the company of like-minded people.
Our Inner Peace Yoga Retreat is an immersive experience that invites you to find stillness, to slow down, to let go of everything that weighs you down and to focus on yourself and your well being. Enabling you to take a much needed break from “Life” and to discover the path to return to your true self.
Our retreat will include twice daily yoga sessions, delicious and nutritious food, meditation, breathwork, a transformative workshop, sound healing on the beach and lots more activities as well as guided walks to a temple and waterfalls.
The yoga sessions will be led by Siggy and Danielle who both have completed over 800 hours of teacher trainings. They will expertly guide you and invite you to connect with yourself and others in a supportive and safe environment. You will have the chance to share your experiences, journal and learn from others who are also on a journey to find inner peace.
My passion lies with Vinyasa Yoga and Flexibility and coming from a dance background I love to get really creative with my flows. I love helping people build strength and flexibility, feel good in their own skin, and learn to love themselves enough to listen to what their bodies need and want.
I am an 800+ hour RYT Yoga teacher who teaches all levels and ages. I have been practicing yoga for the past 16 years and in 2019 I completed my 200 hour TT. I then went on to achieve advanced trainings with some on the industrys’ finest. 300 hr YTT with Briohny Smith and 300 hr YTT with Kayla Nielsen. I also studied Preventing and managing common injuries with Jason Crandell.
I am passionate about helping other’s to see beyond their mind’s limitations and come back to their true nature “uninterrupted joy”. I teach with fun, passion and positive reinforcement, and have a grounded approach to the ancient philosophy of yoga.
Fully registered with Yoga Alliance and Yogakidz Worldwide, I have completed my 200 hour YTT at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India, 300 hr YTT at Yoga Union Bali, and 50 hr YTT in Yin and restorative.

Each day will differ slightly. May offer other activities, tours, Yoga Nidra, Meditation,Transformative Workshop, Manifestation Circle, Journalling and more.
The Heart of Samahita is found in its impressive mix of facilities that provide the space for your experience, as well as through the food where tasty and healthy merge powerfully, and in our quality mix of guest rooms, where you can stay in the highest of standards right at the beach or find rooms to suit all budgets from beach to garden.
