Bringing the mind, body, and spirit into dynamic unison with ourselves and others.
“Join me in Koh Samui, Thailand for a transformative adventure. During a challenging time in my life, my experience in Koh Samui was transformative. I found hope, inspiration, and strength, but most importantly, I discovered a deeper sense of self. I am excited to return to this magical place and cultivate this experience with others. Prepare to bring the Mind, Body, and Spirit into dynamic unison with ourselves and others.”
Join us in Koh Samui, Thailand, to embark on a profound adventure into your space of creativity and consciousness. Our Harmonious Universe retreat is an opportunity to establish a connection to your inner universe. This retreat is intended to encourage you to elevate yourself and establish a relationship with life’s source of energy. There are many aspects of life that we feel that we have no control over. However, we each have control over one of the powerful forces in the universe: Ourselves. Uncover the strength you have by connecting with your inner self and finding balance in the world around you.
Begin each day with meditation on the serene, tranquil beach just a few meters from the retreat center. Enjoy delectable, and nutritious homemade meals without processed food in the presence of your retreat companions—daily yoga and mindfulness practices in the most beautiful shalas.
Then, take advantage of the services offered during your free time, like paddle boarding, massages, steam rooms, and more. Additionally, enrich your mind and your soul by taking advantage of the beautiful culture and experiences that Thailand has to offer. Enjoy the many activities outside the retreat facility, such as excursions, dining out, and trips to surrounding temples.
“Everything in the universe is within you. Ask all from yourself.”— Rumi
I am looking forward to sharing this magical experience with you.
