Vicky is a certified senior yoga teacher since 2007 and a teacher to the teachers for almost a decade, trained by renowned yoga practitioners across the globe, including Canada, Thailand, India, Israel, and the USA.
Her passion has driven her to pioneer international retreats tailored to professionals, including the first-ever intensive and immersive two-week retreat in India concluding a one-year teacher’s training program which she led for several years.
Currently based in Greece, she runs workshops focused on knowledge alongside practice, while also teaching across Europe and in Israel, where I operated a leading yoga studio with a staff of 20 teachers.
Each morning, we’ll enjoy an active yoga practice to challenge your body with compassion and draw your mind inward through curiosity and focus on the postures. Morning classes will also include pranayama and a dedicated period for meditation.
Each afternoon, we’ll settle deeply into restorative poses and Body-Mind-Emotion sessions. When we prop ourselves with bolsters and blankets, we allow our bodies to go deeper into relaxation mode. Supported in a warm, comfortable position, the body learns how to let go and the mind follows.
These sessions of both dynamic and gentle practices will help us to unwind and decompress. You won’t want to miss these luxurious mornings and afternoons of settling into self-inquiry, body-mind connection, and deep relaxation. It will be a meaningful and healing week.
